Shipping/Pick Up Information
All of our cookies are individually bagged, wrapped in bubble wrap and stored in bakery boxes with paper shred prior to going into a peanut packed shipping box. We ship all of our products via ups ground. Occasionally usps will be used for some local orders and all international orders. All of our packages are insured for the value of our product. If you need a rush order we do offer express shipping via ups as well.
Scheduled Pick ups are available for all local orders.
Refund/Return Policy
We do our very best to be sure that your product arrives on time and not damaged. Unfortunately once the product leaves we are no longer responsible for it. If your product should arrive damaged or late a full refund/store credit will only be issued upon the return of the product.
